Netwurx currently has two types of cabinet space available. Either quarter or half cabinets. The space in the cabinets are listed below each picture. Netwurx reserves 1U in each cabinet for a PDU to hand off power to each customer. Customer’s do not need to lift floor plates to plug into power outlets.

This is our half cabinet space at 21U available. It can house normal full depth servers or half depth. It is rackable on both front and back facing with a max depth of 34″ leaving space for cabling or management arms.

This is our quarter cabinet space at 10U. It can house normal full depth or half depth equipment either front or back facing with a max depth of 34″ leaving space for cabling or management arms.

Racking and air flow

It is preferred you house it front facing because the airflow design in the room keeps the hot area to the back of the racks and is pushed directly at the main air handlers.

The cages require rack nuts for mounting equipment without quick mount rails. It is not recommended to mount equipment free hanging with out rails unless it is half depth or less.

Security

All of the cabinets have combination locking handles on them that can be configured with a three digit code upon request. If you lock yourself out or forget the code, our staff can reconfigure it, some fees may apply after initial set up.
